The Flamingo Crossings shuttle to Magic Kingdom took 37 minutes from the time I sat down on the bus to arriving at the Ticket and Transportation Center. That's before the monorail across the Seven Seas Lagoon — add another 15 minutes minimum to reach the park entrance.
Real total time: 50–55 minutes on a non-busy morning.
Here's what actually happened.
I boarded at TownePlace Suites at 9:48am. The shuttle made 3 more stops — Homewood Suites / Home2 Suites, Fairfield, and Residence Inn — picking up passengers at each one. At Fairfield someone forgot something in their room and we waited. Bus was full by the time we left Residence Inn at 10:06.
Sixteen minutes of stops before the 14-minute drive even started.
The shuttle also doesn't drop you at Magic Kingdom. It drops you at the TTC shuttle guest area — same side of the Seven Seas Lagoon as the parking lot. You still have to take the monorail or ferry across. That's the part most people don't realize when they book a Flamingo Crossings hotel thinking the shuttle is convenient.
One more thing from the app — shuttle times are limited. Tomorrow's Magic Kingdom options were 7:50am and 9:50am. Miss your window and you're calling a Lyft.
If you're chasing rope drop, drive or rideshare. The shuttle is fine for a relaxed mid-morning arrival when you're not racing the clock.
