Add tram or walk to the Ticket and Transportation Center, security, and monorail or ferry across the Seven Seas Lagoon. Real total time from hotel lobby to park entrance is 35 to 60 minutes. Give yourself 45 on busy mornings. Always type "Magic Kingdom Toll Plaza" into Google Maps — not just Magic Kingdom.
Epcot
About 14 to 16 minutes to the toll plaza depending on time of day and traffic. Epcot is the cleanest drive from Flamingo Crossings — you park and walk straight to the entrance. No ferry, no monorail, no second transit step. One of the best park days from these hotels because of how straightforward the arrival is.

Hollywood Studios
About 12 to 16 minutes to the toll plaza. Similar to Epcot — park and walk in. Straightforward arrival with no extra transit required. Traffic on Osceola Parkway can add time during peak morning rush.
Animal Kingdom
About 12 minutes to the toll plaza. Closest park to Flamingo Crossings by drive time. Direct parking, easy walkout to the entrance. Consistently the fastest door to turnstile experience of all four parks from these hotels.

Flamingo Crossings puts you within 12 to 16 minutes of every Disney World toll plaza depending on the crowds, but it can double easy.
Magic Kingdom takes the longest total time because of the Seven Seas Lagoon crossing after you park. Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom are all drive-and-walk-in parks — much faster door to turnstile. If you're chasing rope drop at Magic Kingdom, leave 60 minutes. For any other park, 25 to 30 minutes is good.
