The honest answer is: it depends on your family. Here's what I know from staying in all six.
TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites
These two are connected and built for groups. Separate free breakfasts but they share the pool area, bar and restaurant, shuttle service, and exercise room. If you're on the shuttle, you board first — which means you wait 15 to 20 minutes on the property before it leaves as you stop at the other hotels. Pool area gets busy because both hotels feed into it. Good value, free breakfast, but expect crowds.
Home2 Suites and Homewood Suites
Share a pool but all other amenities are separate. Homewood Suites is the larger, more upscale of the two — bigger rooms, bigger refrigerator. Both have free breakfast. Both charge parking fees. Better for families who want a quieter experience than the TownePlace/SpringHill complex.
Residence Inn
Last shuttle stop — you won't wait long but you may be standing the whole ride because every seat is taken by the time the bus reaches you. Big refrigerator, almost full size. Great room setup for families who need kitchen space. But quieter halls, kids not running in mass.
Fairfield Inn
Usually the cheapest of the six. Smaller footprint, smaller fridge, but a genuinely nice shower and a solid budget option if you're watching every dollar.
The refrigerator reality nobody talks about
SpringHill has a small fridges. Fairfield has a small fridge. Residence Inn and Homewood Suites and TownePlace have three-quarter size refrigerators — close to full size.
So does Home2.
If you're storing groceries, packing lunches, or feeding kids between park days, that difference matters more than the room photos suggest.
